Legal Content Pricing

Acadia Content Solutions charges $250 per completed legal content page. Each assignment begins with architecture-first planning so the page’s purpose, required information, and boundaries are established before drafting starts.

You don’t have to purchase a preset package or commit to the same volume each month. Send the pages you want completed and your preferred deadline, and we’ll check the production calendar before confirming what we can accept.

One Rate. Every Assignment.

Standard Page Rate

$250 per page

You pay $250 for each completed legal content page. We don’t assign an arbitrary word count and stop writing when we reach it. The page is finished when it has answered the question in its H1 and covered what the reader needs to understand.

One assignment may take fewer words than another, but that doesn’t change the rate. The price covers the completed page and the planning behind it rather than a set number of words on the screen.

Agency pricing: When a legal marketing agency provides a set word count in its brief, we can price the assignment at $0.15 per word because the required length has already been established before drafting begins.

Order the Content You Actually Need

Your content workload may look different from one month to the next, so we don’t require you to purchase the same number of pages every time. You decide which assignments need attention now, then send them over for review.

We’ll check the requested volume against the production calendar before confirming what we can schedule. You pay only for the pages Acadia accepts for production, rather than reserving space in a package that includes work you may not need.

We Keep Monthly Capacity Transparent

Acadia Content Solutions accepts assignments until the production calendar reaches approximately 250,000 words each month. This number represents our total monthly capacity rather than space reserved for any one client.

Once the calendar is full, additional assignments are scheduled for the next available production period. We stop adding work so each accepted assignment has the time required before submission.

Need a Faster Deadline?

We don’t charge an added fee for an earlier deadline. If the production calendar has room, we’ll fit your assignment in at the standard page rate.

If the requested deadline doesn’t fit the current production schedule, we’ll let you know before accepting the assignment. We would rather give you an honest timeline than promise a date we can’t meet.

Payment and Project Terms

We confirm what we’re accepting and when it will be completed before we send your invoice. Here’s what you can expect once your assignments are added to the production calendar.

Payment Before Production Begins

Payment is due before work begins. For ongoing clients, we invoice the pages approved for the upcoming month before adding them to production.

Two Revision Rounds

Each page includes two rounds of revisions based on the approved architecture. When a requested change replaces the assignment we agreed to complete, we’ll quote the revised assignment before continuing.

No Annual Commitment

You don’t have to sign an annual contract. Once your current assignments are complete, you can send additional work whenever you need it, and we’ll confirm what fits the production calendar.

Pausing Ongoing Work

Please give us one month’s notice before pausing work planned for monthly submission. This allows us to reopen that space before scheduling the following month.

Frequently Asked Questions About Acadia’s Pricing

Is there a minimum number of pages I have to order?

No. You can hire Acadia for one page without committing to future assignments. When you’re ready to send more work, we’ll review the requested deadline and confirm how much room remains on the production calendar.

Why does Acadia charge by the page instead of by the word?

Direct assignments are priced by the completed page because the word count isn’t chosen before drafting begins. We write until the page has answered the question established by its H1 rather than stopping because it has reached a predetermined length.

When does the $0.15-per-word agency rate apply?

The $0.15-per-word rate applies when a legal marketing agency assigns a fixed length in its brief. Since the required word count has already been established, the assignment can be priced by the word. Direct law-firm assignments remain $250 per completed page.

Can Acadia accommodate an earlier deadline?

Yes, when the production calendar has room. We review your requested deadline before accepting the assignment and confirm whether we can meet it. When an earlier date is available, you’ll pay the same standard rate without an added fee.

Does Acadia upload completed pages to my website?

No. Completed assignments are submitted through Google Docs for your firm or agency to review and upload. The page rate covers the approved content assignment and its included revisions, but website publishing remains with your internal team or another provider.

Tell Us What You Need Written.
